In 2008, the EMA program is focused on providing technical assistance to Whitecap Foundation grantees. The 2008 program consists of two All-Grantee Trainings and direct technical assistance to those grantees who request it throughout the year, focusing on the following topics:
- Strategic Planning
- Board Development
- Communications and Conflict
- Team Building
Grantees may request technical assistance by downloading and completing the EMA Technical Assistance Request Form and faxing or emailing it to the EMA. Depending on the topic and need, technical assistance may be provided in the form of consulting, coaching, research, peer networking, and/or expert referral. Grantees can employ the Capacity Building Checklist to help assess their needs. |
