The Whitecap Foundation, founded in 1990, seeks to improve the quality of life in the Los Angeles region by supporting neighborhood-focused organizations that address family needs.

Our program areas include Grantmaking and the Executive Management Academy. These efforts are designed to strengthen both the grantee organization and its leadership.
